LONGING

I ache to see her sparkling eyes,
I imagine pinning her up her beautiful hair,
And smiling over my childish talks,
She smiles for she knows her every speck and bit belongs to me as it belongs to her own...
Now that I am far away from her,
I keep wondering...
Could she be smiling the same way ...without me?
Could she be breathing the same way ...without me?

  1. You know what, I recently saw Ek Mulaqat - a play on Sahir-Amrita. Sahir says it hurts more to know that she is happy with someone else, rather than knowing that she is miserable without me.
